Methodology & source
Every row comes from the month-by-month table on the city's AttractionScout best-time-to-visit page (linked in the table). Each month there carries an editorial rating of 1–5 stars, alongside typical daily highs and lows, rainfall, a crowd level (1–5) and a price level ($–$$$$). Best months are the months that carry the city's highest rating; "avg. highs" is the range of the typical daily high across those months. The written advice on a city page can name a slightly wider window (for example a shoulder month rated 4 stars). Ratings are AttractionScout's own judgments, not an official index. The CSV and JSON files contain every per-month value.
